Every TopTiger product is built to perform in the harshest conditions. If a manufacturing defect proves otherwise, we replace it — no questions asked.
What We Guarantee
All TopTiger lift kits and suspension components are covered for 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase.
Manufacturing Defect Coverage
If a component fails due to a flaw in materials or assembly, we replace it at no cost. No hidden conditions.
Zero-Cost Replacement
Confirmed defective parts are replaced free of charge. We ship the new part as soon as the claim is verified.
Simple Claim Process
Submit your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team reviews every claim within 48 hours.

What's Covered & What's Not

- Defects in raw materials or alloy composition
- Workmanship or welding failures
- Structural fracture of load-bearing components
- Spring breakage under normal use
- Shock absorber seal leaks or internal failure
❌ Not Covered
- Damage from intentional misuse or abuse
- Collision, rollover, or accident damage
- Incorrect installation (not per our guide)
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations

Customer Responsibilities
We cover the defective part. A few associated costs remain with the customer to keep our pricing fair for everyone.
Return & Reshipment Freight
Shipping the defective part back and receiving the replacement are at the customer's expense.
Installation Labor
Labor charges at your local workshop for removing the old part and fitting the replacement.
Vehicle Transportation
Getting your vehicle to and from the service facility is the customer's responsibility.
Incidental Damages
Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from a product issue are not covered.
